the baan yamu residence is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condominium accessed by private elevator from the beautiful, landscaped gardens and extra-large communal swimming pool. although a well-established property, the owner wanted a full renovation to replace and upgrade all the floors, walls, ceilings, electrical, lighting, air conditioning, bathrooms and kitchen. this renovation was a very extensive undertaking that included many different disciplines and a huge amount of coordination to reach the finished product that we have today. no expense was spared in all the materials, fixtures and fittings throughout.
